I am a senior undergraduate student at a University studying chemistry and physics, set to graduate in May 2013. I love Alex Grey and Tool. I have an awesome Alex Grey tattoo. I will have a baby boy in July 2013, to whom I will teach everything that I have learned so far in life.
:::My life's ambition:::
I love drugs. I did lots of experimenting as a teenager, but now my interest lies in the chemistry aspect of drugs. How the molecules are shaped, their mechanisms of action. This is what I am going to school for. The study of drugs. I am not ashamed to admit that I like getting high like every other human being on this earth, whether they admit it or not. However, now I want to study them, to learn how they affect your brain, and how some drugs can make you dependent on them. How drugs can control your life, despite being generally small and simple chemicals. I have decided that rather than let drugs control me, I will conquer them. I intend to apply for graduate school in Medicinal Chemistry, which I will begin in Fall 2014.
will you get government aproval to work with illeagl drugs? wonder if you could get protection under freedom of religion if it proved impossable to get exceptance through normal chanels. i was reading about udv and how they did it with dmt,and then the native american church,i'm suprized no one has done this with mushrooms.
I think that your field sounds fascinating and possessing that knowledge you will gain could prove to be very useful to you and others not only in your career but in also in your personal life. I had a neighbor one time who had a stroke and was prescribed some medications as a result. It was determined that she would need a caregiver for the rest of her life but then it was discovered that she was mainly just over medicated and after that problem was resolved she actually improved enough to be able to take care of herself. I think that your focus on pharmacology is a great idea!
Yes, there are all sorts of unique ecological communities here in Florida. Have you ever visited Florida? The area in which I live is very unique as it was the only part of the Florida peninsula that was above water in the past when sea levels were higher and speciation occurred here when plants and animals evolved in isolation from those on the mainland here just as they did in the Galapagos and sometimes this area is even refereed to as the Galapagos of America!
