Jam lady huh?  Sounds yummy.  I'd love to have fruit trees and berries around here.  All I have is my vegetable garden.  Wow!  your daughter caught & skin a wild pig!  I would never be able to do that either.  I've always said that if we all had to catch, skin & cook our own food that there would be alot more vegetarians in this world:)

Hi Christine, well i  don't mind being alone- just cold sentiments hurt sometimes- i'm over it-looking to the positive reality of all the goodness in the World- i used to live in Redondo Beach in the early 80's-went to Beryly elementary & Hillcrest High- Loved it out there- that was before they pushed the poor Folks out- from most of the areas-

Yeah, the singers on drums can be intense. Women generally sing as support singers on traditioal drums, usually never actcually touching the drum, as it is considered male medicine. Not better, just different energies. Woemn have their medicines too, which men are usually only in a support role. Women do sing and use hand drums. Kinda hard to explain, it is nit a chauvanist thing, just 2 complimentary but seperate energies. That make any sense? I've been around it most of my life but always find it hard to explain in such a way that it is clear.

Let me tell you that I live in a part of our community that specifically protects endangered women and children, so I am in a place with a high safety consciousness.
