Am a old hippy, I live on the side of a mountain in nw arizona ,totaly off grid ,but the house isn't done yet . My husband of 35 years died allmost 7 years ago and it's hard to build a house alone .we did all the work are together . I have some health problems with my muscles and strength and money so its comming along slow. We had been to some gatherings in the 80s and 90s love them meet so many good people .Been to burning man in 2013 it was much fun but was disappointed on so much gas that was being used thought it was all solar ,very little solar ,almost all the art cars were running on gas ,and all the good wood they burn at the end could make so many houses such a waste of resources, ,any way like to find something in az to go to . Or even do something of my own on my land but I think it would take to much set up its rolling hills not much flat,, to hot in the summer,,,,anyway like to meet another old hippy to spend time with people around here I don't fit in much with I get along with almost anyone they seem to not want to get along with me ,lot of very conservative folks
All have a good day ,,,and if you see Cid send him my way ,,,lol
Nice to connect , Eva . I'm off to the Oregon gathering for now , yet have had thoughts about your area and may well arrive yet this summer/fall . I see your town on the map . I move about with a sense of cultural ideas . Please write on ... even though I be unplugged for awhile .
