I wanted to go more indepth on that topic, I had this really old book on alternative living and I wanted to post pictures and such on this site, but I couldn't find it.. Then I realized I had thrown it away, due to it getting wet , then mold set in.. (I liked that book), and I lost some others cause of mold..
But human waste is very important thing to think about! I don't like the fact if I'm walking barefoot, or sit in grass where people did there thing (piss).. If it's a temporary or perm place, it's always something to think of..
I've used the dig your own hole method for almost 2 years in the wilderness and it worked fine! a new hole for each day..
Outhouses are ok, but they fill up if you got more people on the land, and you need either to pay a company to suck it all out or fill it in and build a new one.. filling it has some environmental problems and some areas don't allow them being built anymore..
septics are great but cost some money to dig and still pose a smaller environmental risk..
There is more on this topic, but I'm Pooped Out Lol!!
Just keep it in mind.. I know all of us Rainbows are wilderness people and have some of that knowledge anyway, but when I was young I saw this documentary on early Hippie communes and why they failed.. THE One reason that was maybe the only and Best Reason was that they failed was they didn't know or couldn't figure out why everyone was always getting sick?? Later people did research and IT Was Because of The Flies...
Anyway enough of that lol..

Peace and Warmth my Family*
I hope to bring some other stuff on here
