MERRY KRISHMAS TO WHOEVER READS THIS MESSAGE, THE CREATOR SHINES THE TRUTH UPON YOUR THIRD EYE!
BLESS YOU THROUGH VISIONS OF TRUTH.
Do the following stretch 5 times daily and make sure that your heel touches the ground.
Calloused feet? Do your feet look like this?
Sorry I haven't posted in here for awhile. Lots of stuff going on at home, lots of wind, and trees are falling everywhere.
Anyways, if you happen to suffer from calloused feet like in the picture, there is a simple yoga stretch you can do daily to completely remove the callouses.
As you can see this simple stretch of the calf (with daily practice) gets rid of those nasty callouses on the bottom of your feet.
Metatarsal is the word used to describe the bone that is basically your roots of the second and third toes. Sometimes when we love to walk around barefooted, a callous can form like in the picture.
But the body is very able to fix problems like this!
I had callouses like these, but after about 1 year of doing the stretch everyday and holding for 20 seconds, the callouses are all but gone!
Also you still may want to use pumas stone as well.
Minnow, It wasn't difficult to make them the right size in my Ez-bake oven.
