Well, I did not make it to nationals this year. It was way too hot for me. I will try to find a gathering in the next few months close to our area. There is a festival while not Rainbow is very nice festival. It does cost $15 in advance or $20 at the gate. It is called the Mountain Herb Festival and it is held in Leslie County on September 27-30. It is a great festival, while not Rainbow or Pagan, it has people from all walks of life that come to it. They have a communal kitchen which people bring food to share.  There are bonfires as long as burn bans are not in effect. There is drumming, fire spinning, fire walking if the person who runs it can come, sweat lodges if the people that do it can come, a medicine wheel labyrinth, workshops, and herbal walks. The energy is wonderful there and I have been going since 2007.
