Another drug and alcohol free day for me! Yay!  Not so for my cousin who suffers and talks about stopping but can't seem to be able.  Am on the phone with him often.  Hope I am helping by example, listening and encouraging the free lifestyle.  Eyes shut tight, fingers crossed I meditate and hope, hope, hope he and you all have had a D & A free day.

Moonbeam, I am uplifted and happy, happy about your Dad's prognosis and attitude about treatment.  Am sending hopeful and loving thoughts and wishes to him, to you and to all our brothers and sisters.  Oh, happy, hugs, kisses and peace

Just thought i'd give a shout out here and let you brothers and sisters know i managed another drug free day.  It's spring and the air is full of pollen my way but I've been able to stay poison free.  Now I will rest myself and hope tomorrow will be another fine day.  love you all.

Welcome Moonbeam.  You are right, the road can be hard but it is better.  For me I prefer being able to see the whole picture than living in La La land.

I am sorry to hear about your Dad.  I will keep you and him in my thoughts.  I hope he can be treated and recover.  Love to you all.
