thanks for the drinks breeze! my first present! i am looking to create a community in Northern California for those of us who are medical MJ patients. I am too sick to do alll the work, and I was hoping to get some interest going in creating a kind of commune on land i buy in NorCal and then support ourselves through the legal sale of medical MJ- all you need is your venders license. I have a boyfriend too, but he is older and not well either. we have a lot to offer, but we need a community of like-minded people to commit to do this right. We would buy raw land and slowly construct permanent living. we want to be near a river or creek or lake, or better, hot springs... are youi interested in talking about this..?//

Here is a place where we can share our ideas of self-sustainability. Whether it pertains to gardening, energy(solar, wind, water), construction(cob, straw bale, earth ships), permaculture...You get the IDEA...lets share it!
