setting up the station, come and geta toothbrush, wash your hands and brush them pearly's....bring me some toothbrushes, i can always use some!!!!

- About Me:
- I'm not your 'typical hippie'. You'd never suspect me if we were to meet on the street.....but that can be a good thing sometimes. I have never been to a gathering before. I've been to a few burning man events ( regionally and the BIG burn too) and hated the regimented nature, over commercialization, and some of the energy from some of the participants.
I was trying to decide if I wanted to continue in that world and thought not. After some soul searching and a little research, I decided that a gathering would be a much better place to go/be. I love the woods MUCH more than the desert and the calm, peaceful energy found therein. I think they'd be a much better place to be and to pplug may talents in for the greater good (I'm interested in plugging in at/with CALM).
I have been totally amazed with the feedback and energy i have recieved from family and CALM members too! :-) Is it June yet?!
I'm kinda odd...but I'd never have it any other way! Here's a few random facts aboot me:
I like Old architechture and buildings...from the 1920's to the 1950's. It interestes me for some inexplicable reason...
I like all kinds of random stuff......Nursing, Emergency medicine, Explosives, Psychology, shiny things like Knives, Criminal Justice, Sociology, History, Communications, Technology, Sexuality, Reading, Writing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, Parties, Photography, Kinky things, and so much more. Wanna know more?Just ask!
Some people may accuse me of being a freak. I am inclined to agree.
I like to drink ice cold water strait from the garden hose. It tastes better that way.
I'm originally from Idaho.
I moved to Salt Lake City after I got out of the Army.
I stayed in SLC because this place is just weird enough to be kind of Cool!
I like to lay down on random surfaces at random times....like the middle of the sidewalk at midnight or the Kitchen floor at my old place in the middle of the afternoon.
My Cousin says I know too much random, useless information for my own good. I'm also inclined to agree.
I like to mix mustard and fry sauce.
I like people watching. People are fascinating and frustrating all at once.
I'm in love with the night.
I cannot draw a star to save my life.
I HATE writing with Pencils, and have an obsession with VERY sharp pencils (if I MUST use them!) or with fine point and Fountain pens of all colors.
I once met a Mexican guy with White Supremacist tattoos. Go Figure THAT out!
Some of the things I like scare even me.
I have only shaved my head bald 3 times in my entire life.
I LOVE to cook.....and I know at least a dozen ways to cook Ramen noodles when i feel lazy.
I used to talk to my cat when I was a kid.
I have forgotten how to write about half of the cursive alphabet.
I love blue and purple Christmas lights.
Id rather have a quiet night at home then a weekend rager or a night at a Club.
I detest long pants or sleeves, and would wear short pants or sleeves year round no mater the weather.
I hate long hair on me....but LOVE it on others (IE girlies :-) )
I am FIRMLY convinced that The Simpsons are a perfect mirror of my own family.
I write better than i speak and sometimes prefer to write or type things out than say them aloud.
I dont care about Celebrities. Despite their closely held beliefs, they are NOT special.
