We try and live as simple as can be; living with as less as possible in order to reach as many souls as possible.

Goals and qualifications

1.) We are to be born again spirit filled Christians.

2.) We commit to reading our bibles everyday.

3.) When given an opportunity to share our faith we will do so with utmost love and as much scripture as necessary.

4.) We commit to praying on a daily basis.

5.) We realize that we are not promised tomorrow and that today may be the last chance for someone to hear the

good news of the gospel, before slipping into eternity.

6.)We are not a denomination: but a body of believers in Jesus Christ living in our Kings Kingdom.

7.) We believe that you should assemble at a local fellowship of believers of your choice, prayerfully, and financially.

What we believe

1.) We believe in The tri-unity of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, maker of heaven and earth.

2.) We believe that one must have a relationship with Jesus Christ or they are not saved in the true biblical sense of it’s meaning.

3.) We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary.

4. We believe that he suffered under the hands of Pontius pilot, was crucified.

5.) We believe the third day Jesus rose from the dead.

6.) We believe he ascended to the right hand of our Father God almighty.

7.) We believe he will return to judge the world of sin and unrighteousness.

8.) We believe that the church is a universal body of believers that meet and assemble collectively anywhere, anyplace, and at anytime.

9.) We also believe in the equality and essential dignity of men and women of all ethnic cultures and backgrounds.

10.) We believe that all persons are created in the Image of God and so should reflect a godly life in actions, deeds, feeling and thinking: in their everyday lives at home, work and play, after acceptance of Jesus Into their life.

11.) We believe that men and women are to use their God given gifts for the good of the home, church, and society.

I'm not good with emotions and very lacking in empathy and I know I often come off as a jerk because of it. My mindset has always been "if you're offended by the truth, then that's YOUR problem." I can never seem to find "Christians" who want to view my spiritual gift as a good thing and help me grow in it, and that greatly discourages me regarding the whole thing. More often than not I wish I could trade this "gift of prophecy" for a different gift. People with the gift of compassion or serving or giving seem to have it so easy.

Anyway, I love what you say about the kingdom of heaven. You're right, people always look for it elsewhere instead of realizing it is AMONG us! Most people are reluctant to live that way because it means choosing to rid themselves of their sins BEFORE they die. But I think, how can you not be so excited about that? That is so enthralling: Jesus Christ himself told us that the Kingdom of Heaven is AMONG US!
I don't mean to say that I have already reached perfection, but I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ first possessed me.
I feel like most people are so caught up in admitting that they're not perfect so that they have an excuse to keep on sinning, instead of killing their imperfection, their "sinful nature" and putting on the new nature and being transformed by the renewing of their minds.

Also, let me please emphasize that I am the last person who will single out a sinner. My biggest pet peeve is those "Christians" who run around telling everyone that "God hates fags." I know that love comes first, but I just always want to make sure that no one forgets that we have to pray for the people who struggle with a specific sin. I know I come off as pushy, but I'd rather push around Christians than allow my brother and my best friends souls to be given up on out of "tolerance."

Concerning the issue of homosexuality, I just mean that the homosexual lifestyle completely separates you from God. Yes, a heterosexual sinful lifestyle does too. But I get so afraid because I hear so many "Christians" speaking about tolerance and basically accepting everyone's sinful nature. I get so afraid because I know that when we stop believing that this is a sin and that it is a problem, we will stop praying for those struggling with it, which is really all we can do for them. This kind of sin is so life-consuming, and that is why the bible says that nobody who lives a homosexual lifestyle, or a lifestyle of any sin, will inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).
Of course I believe that anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, even "gay people." But one thing that frustrates me so much is just that term. As if their sexuality completely defines who they are (because it does; that's what a sinful lifestyle is). But we know that when one of those people is saved, their sinful nature is thrown away. They are a new creation, separate of their sin. They are no longer a "gay person" but a child of God who has that specific sin they struggle with. But with the power of Christ they can overcome it. But if they're in a church full of people talking about tolerance and being who you were born as (because apparently your first birth is what defines you, not being reborn by the holy spirit), then such a person, being convicted by the holy spirit, may choose to listen to the people around them instead. A new Christian, weak in faith, or as Paul said "eating spiritual milk" may not know better, and nobody will disciple them anymore because they thing that that makes them judgmental.
And then there are the people who say "no sin is greater than another," which is just not true, or else verses like 1 John 5:16 are irrelevant, and nothing the bible says is or ever will become irrelevant. The truth is that no sin is LESS FORGIVABLE than another, but yes, some sins will cause you to be separate from God. But the real reason people say this is because they want an excuse to keep on sinning, even though the bible also says that "when people keep on sinning, it shows that they are children of the devil." Its harsh but true.
I am so afraid of all of this and I think about it so much because of my own close family member and best friend who both have chosen this life over following Christ.
I was designed to view the bible as the ultimate authority. Everything is completely black and white to me. And I was designed to hate sin more than anything else. I find myself observing sin in peoples life and feeling the need to let them know about it. ever since I was young I've sabotaged relationships and surely pushed people completely away from God because of this. I've been learning that the reason i am like this is so that when I see people sinning, I can intercede for them in prayer. Sometimes the holy spirit does lead me to confront people about their sins, but most of the time i just have to pray for them.
Most people, at least at first, view me as judgemental and intolerant because of the way I view sin. But the honest truth is that everything I do and say is born out of love. I love everyone so much, when I see something getting in the way of their relationship with God, how could I NOT say something?! And learning when to shut up and just pray for them is so excrutiating because I always feel like just confronting them would bring immediate results, when in reality it just pushes them away every time.

Hey everybody,

I don't think I'm going to go to the rainbow gathering this year. But I'd still like to contribute somehow. Here are some of my thoughts I'd like to share:

Evil is rampant and recently I've noticed EVERYWHERE, PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO TELL YOU GOD DOESN'T EXIST, OR THAT GOD ISN'T REAL. In our society especially. It's scary to think about no God. I'd be lost entirely, in this world, continuing to only believe what I think is true.

The prophecy in the last days states there will be an increase of knowledge. Interesting, very true. People on all sides are growing in an influx of knowledge. But what they won't explain to you is what the explicit goal of everything, the meaning of our lives. I see a whole lot of people just wallowing or bathing in this knowledge, and I believe much of the world is confused. If they tell you they're all set, they don't have good faith, and they might prefer it that way.

But I'm different than them. I prefer to know the truth (not lost or confused). I prefer knowledge instead of submitting to a man made written code.

We've been there before and history is no joke. Part of me is tempted to evolve without God in my life...and I do not know why. Because I believe in God. It's still that original sin...the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

At the end times God said that people will try to be 'godless', or disregard God.

"How can a God allow such things like murder and rape? God must not care. God probably is just a myth. And so on."

Isn't this the reason in the end times, it is said there will be an increase in knowledge? To warn everybody that regardless of their scientific method, that the world is INCAPABLE OF COMING TOGETHER PEACEFULLY (as an entire world)?

God says that from the moment we were kicked out of the Garden of Eden, Satan would be the god of this world.

Now, from a skeptic's mind, none of this is relevant because we would have evolved this way, anyways.

.....doesn't that mean that scientifically every single human being could come together and destroy Satan and all that's evil? IT'S NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE FOR THIS TO JUST HAPPEN, BUT WHY NOT?

Because of Satan in ALL OF HIS FORMS. The way he deceives and manipulates people AGAINST god. That's all he's really talented at. Satan is really, really EVIL. Satan uses Christianity against the church, and fuels strife within our hearts.

Followers will be persecuted in the end for being wiser than the world, for not being "of the world" to an extent. Which is happening right now...because Satan has it set up...and because he's evil...any person of the world will choose to fight against somebody like Jesus. The world will single you out and may consider you part of their world, just a Jesus freak lost in your own little world.

What the world doesn't accept is that: Our people, our earth, our lives...are so very unique. We exist in a space (an infinity of space) and according to the Word, earth is where it's at. We are the only people on earth, within the Milky Way, within INFINITY.

The world will go as far as they can to find aliens, but why not instead consider what Jesus said. "Some will say the kingdom of God is there; or it is over there. The truth is The Kingdom of God resides in you."

People will be more open to Jesus if they could live like the kingdom of God is in them; and rather than stargazing for their entire lives, utilize the knowledge for themselves, INSTEAD of merely surrendering to another man made theory, for all of their existence. In order to break through (according to the world) you require tools...things in order to make us go, "Ahhh...ha!"

Jesus' disciples gave up everything (tools the world idolizes) in order to follow Him. And what they learned in return was that the world hates the idea that within Satan's world, there remains an ancient truth; that there is more to living than what the world can offer you. There is everlasting life. This is just the beginning.

Dandylion:

I don't agree with you, that God turns his face away from homosexuals. Jesus died for us all.

Jesus says there is no longer male or female; jew nor gentile; free nor slave.....in him.

Sexual sin could be defined as prostitution. Jesus hung out with the prostitutes when everyone else turned away from them. Prostitutes aren't always heterosexuals. But anyways, Jesus freed them of their sexual sins. He did not support homosexuality sin, but he also did not support heterosexuality sin.

Jesus simply said, "now go, and be free".

We all fall short of the glory of God.

But the last thing I want to see in the world is Christians singling out a specific sinner.

Minnow, you're such an encouragement. :) at least I know I'm not alone feeling that way. It really is just like when Jesus went into the temple and saw everyone making it into their own thing. Sometimes I want to throw tables and chase these so-called "Christians" with whips too.

As for living in the days of Noah, I just mean how rampant and accepted sin is. I guess it's always been rampant, but not like it is in our society. I mean how no one even cares about sin because they just want to do what they want to do. And the worst of it is the sexual sin, especially homosexuality. Everyone is so obsessed with acceptance and tolerance that they forget that God is so disgusted with homosexuality that he has to turn his face from people who practice it. I know that we're supposed to love them just like everyone else. I know that as well as anyone. I have family members and friends who practice homosexuality. And I know that as long as they don't claim to Christians, we have no right to tell them that it's wrong. This is all covered in 1 and 2 Corinthians. But everyone keeps telling them to just "be who they are" and "whatever makes you happy," when the bible says the exact opposite. The bible says we are to kill our sinful nature and live by the Holy Spirit. And in 1 John we're told quite plainly that if anyone claims to be a Christian and goes on living in sin, they are a liar and a child of the devil. But no one cares about that, and that's what freaks me out. No one even considers that Almighty God will judge them.

Yesterday at work I had to listen to a mom telling her daughter that when she does a good deed that she's proud of, she should keep it to herself instead of telling other people because it will build her a better relationship with herself. This upset me so bad. Jesus Christ himself said that when you do a good deed you should keep it to yourself because God will see what you did and reward you. But nowadays it's all about yourself. This mom was telling this daughter how to worship herself and I got so mad. Parents are supposed to raise their children to do the right thing. This girl is going to learn to live for her own benefit and end up so confused when she never feels satisfied or fulfilled. I just hope someone will cross her path someday who will introduce her to the truth.
