this is a discussion that i participated in -- the subject being conspiracy theories...UFOs and aliens and paranormal stuff...

now we face a precipice of planetary unsustainability.
if one is not wise, than one is a fool. and if one is wise, one should be able to reason with fools, rather than behaving in quite so self-superior and uncaring way.
to truly reason is to convey an idea. now, the mentally ill are mentally ill, perhaps to attempt to explain global warming, climate change or governmental malfeasance to such is a poor application of energies. but in facing the crises of the new century we must reason with fools...
fools like Richard B. Cheney and George H. W. Bush who control vast monies and who are AGAINST any planet-saving strategies -- EVIL fools who seek to cause great misery while hiding in deep underground military bunkers, like so many short sighted and arrogant american Hitlers.
Such fools must be dealt with, and reason must be the operating tool.
Trite cliches as a substitute for rational discourse, are, in short a defense for a lack of imagination and reason in themselves.
Yes, conspiracies occur. Nixon proved that -- but Myron Fagan and other skilled and assiduous political observers knew so before -- despite the fact that the political conspirators of which we speak and write practice skills of Advanced Denial and Deception, if you'll pardon the joke...
We must theorize -- and we must accept that those who conspire against human happiness and freedom are determined to rule by way of deception...
and to end this, we must admit that those who conspire to rule the planet are not intelligent people. At all. rather, they lean on the mental achievments of the early Platonists...in the death-gurgle of Sokrates we can see clearly what Those Who Rule have in mind for Earth and all who would resist their Luciferous dictates...

I hear you brother loud and clear. I see what is going on, what has been going on since the begining of so called civilization, it is in our faces everyday, to not see it, to not question the constructs that divide the people, that create the slave wage... on and on and on the atrocities are there, it is the ruling classes history that is thrust into our faces, the same stories told over and over again and we foolishly accept as reality, all producing fear, all for the purpose of disempowering the human spirit. I questioned, I looked at all the beliefs and all the destruction that follows these belief systems, it makes me deeply sad and angry, to the point that it overwhelms. I brought it to the table one Thanksgiving among family and friends, the concensus around the table was the majority of people are lazy, they like there comfortable lives, they said yah, they are aware but feel there is nothing they can do about it. They basically chuckled at me and told me I was wasting my time. Content with the fact that they have no power to change. I know what it is to be disempowered, being abused as a child, then later in relationships, I got out, I fought for self preservation, I learned that the abuse I incurred is passed down from generation to generation, and I saw the systems of thought that created these abuses. I saw the abuse that was happening on many different levels too everyone I encountered, most keep this truth locked away in shame, I may have scars but those scars remind me why we need to be aware, why we all need to reclaim our power. It was the need to heal and to forgive that led me on my quest to finding the truth, I see the scars we all carry, that the planet carries, I see the symbols and the grids affecting the vibrations, I feel it everywhere I go. I found it all comes down to the belief systems, to all the unatural and artificial ways of being in this world that keep the spirit of humanity in fear and too stagnant to invoke change, to break free of the chains that bind. ( shame, guilt, fear and ignorance) The truth is those in power are more afraid than we, imagine there shame, guilt fear and ignorance, why else would they work so hard to keep the people bound in these chains, they are very afraid of us and our truth and they attack on a daily basis to keep us in line. Wake up people, let go of the things of this machine world, find what is real, all around you, seek the sources of true power, true knowing, true light and true love. Everything you need is right there inside of you, all the answers...2012, should we buy into the fear? Not if it disempowers you, I think we need to learn to transform those negative vibrations with first acceptance, yes I see you fear and all that it encompasses, and then embrace it with love, love the fear away, be honest, reveal your scars as warrior would, don't hide in shame or blame, give your oppressors no power, own your truth, because it is not just yours it is everyones, know that you are not powerless, there is no shame because we are all victims, and we are all in this together, a warrior fears yes but has the courage to face those fears and to do what is nessesary, to love self and heal self, to protect the tribe. I am only one voice, Mikal is one voice, Lightweight is one voice, together our voices carry the power of three. Those in percieved power are 1% of the population, how many are we?

For anybody that cares: the real problem is that people like dick cheney and dubya bush and tht club: they are not fools. The dangerous and insidious part of this is that they know on some level what they are doing is irresponsible and they don't care! We are not dealing with fools, we are dealing with selfish and uncaring power mongers.

Socrates was made to drink hemlock as punishment for telling truth. "corrupting the minds of the youth" was what it was called, but his death was because he would not recant. Platonists were the first to explore the world as not a physical place. Rather, one we have constructed in our minds, and very relative to one's experiences in our world. Your misuse of the ideas of ancient philosophers, colored so as to make your argument appear to have validity, are weak and transparent.
But I'm sure if you respond to this at all you just accuse me of being a racist again and one of the good ol boys. In fact, perfect example. You do accuse me of those things and I am not. But there's no point in arguing with you about it, because you are convinced of my advanced bigotry. Didn't you say I shouldn't talk to you for 7 years? See? Proof. To argue with a fool is folly. You won't even have an honest discussion with me about a subject I support. How could I ever be expected to reason with you?
Maybe you don't realize reason isn't just your opinion. there are in fact actual formulas to determine if a statement is logical and can therefore be reasoned. Anybody can spew their opinion here on the internet, that don't make what you opine reasonable. if a person tried to take a topic like that and use your so called "reason" in a room with people who are not fools...well, I have seen who here leaves the room calling people fools and racists.
